The essentials for registration and issue of delegate cards at PULSE 2007 are:
A letter of approval from the Principal/Dean of your college carrying under
his/her seal, the names of the members of the delegation with five attested
photocopies.
The letter must indicate the leader of your delegation and boys and girls under
separate columns.
The letter must contain the office and residential phone and fax numbers of the
Principal/Dean.
The college identity card of each participant and a photocopy of the same.
2 stamp size photographs of each participant with his/her name and college
written on the back and arranged as per their serial number in the Dean'sletter.
A floppy/CD containing names of delegates in MS Word/ notepad for delegate
card stickers. The floppy/ CD will be returned on the spot. (Considering the
unreliability of floppies, CD should be preferred.)
Teams wishing to hasten their registration can:
Send an e-mail containing list of participants indicating the team leader to Chief
Co-ordinator, PULSE 2007 at su_aiims@yahoo.co.in
Send the names of the participants and team leader by fax at 91-11-26588663, 91-
11-26588641 latest by 7th
September 2007.
FOR YOUR KIND ATTENTION
Upon arrival report at Central Reception in Hostel No.1. It shall open from
10a.m.
on 14th September.
Registration and accommodation fees shall be charged as given below.
All payments should be made at the central reception in cash/draft in favour of
Students'Union, AIIMS.
Carry your delegate card and college identity card while inside the campus.
Organizers reserve the rights to modify the rules for any event if necessary.
Organizers reserve the right to cancel any of events or prizes.
Limited number of entries to be taken for each event strictly on first come, first
serve basis.
Delegates shall take care of their belongings. Organizers shall not be responsible
for any loss/theft of valuables.
LIMITS OF FUN
In case of unruly behaviour by the delegates, the team may be denied
participation and further action may be taken as deemed necessary.
Delegate cards of those found littering the campus may be confiscated.
Consumption of liquor and smoking is not allowed in the campus
